Welcome to FortuneFusion Technology — where digital marketing meets innovation, and IT services come with reliability you can actually feel. By choosing to work with us, you’re trusting us with your brand, your data, and your growth — and we take that responsibility seriously.
These Terms of Service outline what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how we keep our working relationship smooth and transparent.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing a proposal, making a payment, or using any service from FortuneFusion Technology, you agree to these Terms of Service. If anything here doesn’t sit right with you, please talk to us before moving forward — we believe clarity builds trust.

2. Services We Provide

We offer a wide range of digital marketing and IT services, including but not limited to:

  • Performance Marketing & Media Buying

  • SEO & Organic Growth Strategies

  • Social Media Marketing & Management

  • Website & App Development

  • Branding & Creative Solutions

  • IT Support & Technical Infrastructure

  • Data Analytics & Reporting

Each project may have its own contract or scope document that specifies deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, we need your cooperation. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information, access, and approvals.

  • Supply creative assets or content whenever required.

  • Share correct credentials for platforms (securely, of course).

  • Review and respond to deliverables within mutually agreed timelines.

Delays in providing data or approvals may delay the project — we’re good, but we’re not magicians 🪄.

4. Payments & Billing
  • All services require upfront or milestone-based payments as mentioned in the proposal or invoice.

  • Late payments may cause a pause in the work until dues are cleared.

  • Taxes, third-party tools, ad spends, or subscription charges (like Meta/Google ads, hosting, premium plugins, etc.) are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

We don’t like awkward money conversations — timely payments keep everything smooth and professional.

5. Timelines & Deliverables

We always aim to deliver on time, and often faster than promised.
But timelines may shift if:

  • Project requirements change,

  • You provide delayed approvals,

  • Third-party platforms have issues,

  • Or unexpected technical situations occur.

We’ll always keep you updated — communication is something we take pride in.

6. Revisions

We offer revisions as specified in the project scope. Additional revisions or new requirements outside the original scope will be billed separately.
We’re flexible, but not unlimited — fair boundaries help maintain quality.

 

7. Third-Party Services

Sometimes, we rely on third-party platforms like Google, Meta, hosting providers, CRMs, or marketing tools.
While we set everything up with utmost care, we can’t control outages, policy changes, ad rejections, or actions taken by these platforms.

8. Confidentiality

Your business information, strategies, data, and platform access are safe with us.
We maintain complete confidentiality and expect you to do the same regarding our internal processes, pricing, and proprietary methods.

9. Intellectual Property
  • Once the full payment is completed, you own the final deliverables (ads, creatives, website code, strategy documents, etc.), except for third-party assets used under licensing.

  • Drafts, internal frameworks, and raw working files remain the intellectual property of FortuneFusion Technology unless agreed otherwise.

 

10. Termination of Services

Either party can end the agreement with written notice.
Refunds are not applicable for work already completed or ongoing monthly retainers.
If you decide to leave mid-way, we’ll hand over whatever has been completed till that point.

No hard feelings — we believe in professional closure.




11. Liability

We strive for excellence, but we cannot guarantee specific results like revenue numbers, viral reach, or rankings — because algorithms, markets, and user behavior are always changing.
We are not liable for losses caused by:

  • Platform bans or ad disapprovals

  • Technical issues on third-party tools

  • Delays caused by client-side inaction

  • Misuse of accounts or credentials shared by the client

We’ll always act in your brand’s best interest, but some things are beyond anyone’s control.

12. Data & Security

We follow industry-standard practices to keep your data protected.
However, clients are responsible for maintaining strong passwords and securing their own devices and systems.

13. Communication

We prefer clear, respectful, and timely communication.
Response times may differ on weekends and public holidays, but we always try to be available when you need us.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available through our website or on request. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
